We remove all damaged drywall, soaked insulation, and deteriorated plaster, cutting back to structurally sound material. Mold-affected material is removed safely. -
3. Structural repair & new drywall
New drywall or plaster board installed and secured to existing framing. For vintage plaster walls, we apply compatible patching plaster to match the original surface. -
4. Multi-coat taping & mudding
New joints are taped and mudded in multiple coats with careful sanding between each coat. This multi-coat process is what creates invisible repairs. -
5. Skim coat, prime & paint
Repaired areas are primed with stain-blocking primer — critical to prevent water stains bleeding through finish paint. We then paint to match or repaint the full wall.
